Píeta Samtökin is a non-profit suicidal prevention organization. They offer free counseling sessions and around-the clock-emergency hotline.
The deck of cards
They approached me to design something to hand out to students during their visits to junior colleges around the country.
I pitched them a handmade art piece in their signature color scheme. A deck of cards that looks like it was made as a gift from someone who loves you. With lovely and positive messages written on the cards (from a psychiatrist).
The deck is now available in various stores as well as Píeta’s website.
